Also tell your doctor if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, or liver. You should also inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, heart problems, low blood pressure (which may not be controlled), low levels of potassium or magnesium, or severe heart or liver problems. Cialis should be used with caution in patients with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or a family history of heart disease. Also, if you have liver problems, do not start taking Cialis.
Taking Cialis with other drugs that are not PDE5 inhibitors (for example, nitrates, guanylate cyclase stimulators, blood pressure medications, antibiotics, or HIV medications), and herbal and vitamins products that you might use, such as grapefruit juice, should be avoided. Grapefruit juice may increase the level of Cialis in your blood. Therefore, do not take Cialis with grapefruit juice as it can lead to increased side effects.
If you are using nitrates, guanylate cyclase stimulators, or blood pressure medications, you should not take Cialis. You should also not take Cialis with medications to treat high blood pressure or high cholesterol (such as high blood pressure medications). This may increase side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting.
You should also not take Cialis with medications for high blood pressure or high cholesterol (such as high blood pressure medications). This may cause an increase in blood pressure. Therefore, do not take Cialis with medications to treat high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
Taking Cialis with certain drugs may make you dizzy. Do not take Cialis with this drug if you have a history of kidney problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, liver problems, an enlarged prostate, or a family history of these conditions.
